I have a Pit Boss Pro Series 1100 (PB1100PSC1) Wood Pellet & Gas Combo Grill can I convert it to natural gas? I have converted several other brands without any problems. I was told that "there is no way to convert the make and model" what say yee

Thanks Terry

Terry,

Have never converted my BBQs but know of a few people who had. Is it not simply a matter of enlarging the burner holes a little to accommodate the decrease in pressure of the natural gas fuel source and using a different regulator / hose line ? The propane side of the PB1100PSC1 is no different than any other propane fueled unit I would think ? Without giving a specific reason why not, I think you should be able to like all your other conversions done.
I know converting is convenient but never thought $ savings after initial cost ( conversion kit ) and running a new supply line was worth it.

I successfully converted my PB1100PSC1 today. I contacted our local gas company, they confirmed that we have adequate flow and pressure. Changed the 4 orifices and the gas supply line. Took maybe 20 minutes and cost less than two Propane tanks refills. Hits 600* on high, 300* on low.

Very pleased
Terry
