Wifi access- used to be able to access from anywhere not even at home

Hey All,

Went to the store the other day with the Brunswick connected to wifi... I left my house and went to check the app on the grill while it was on but it wouldn't load?

What gives? I have had the smoker for about two years first I got it I could access and change temps from anywhere in the app not even home connected to wifi on my phone that the grill is on. Any thoughts? We're updates made to the smoke it app and no longer allow this?

That is weird, I've checked mine too when I had to go down the road quick, always worked.

here is a true story PB 4 unit I was 700 mile away and I get a notification on my phone im thinking some one in the camp ground has a smoker and I connected to it nope I text my son at home and said what you smoking .he then called me and laughed how you know .I had no issues with my PB4 app this weekend I smoked a brisket and did a road trip for 2 hrs
