what ya smokin????

This weekend the Mrs. is going to her mothers house so I am staying home and smokin! I got 3 slabs of baby backs, 15 chicken legs and 8 hamburgers oh my!!! Got some new hickory pellets to try and I must say after trying to sift them I got no broken pieces and hardly any dust out of them. They were off of a brand new pallet, top of the pile so I guess thats what makes the difference. Cant wait till tomorrow!!! Also I play guitar so its going to be blues and BBQ with my smoker cranking and my amps blaring!!! Anybody else go smoking plans?
