I just got a new Pit Boss and it has the porcelain coking grates. I don't to scratch it up or damage it. What is the best type of cleaning brush to use, after it cools, of course? Thanks

Much thanks!Nylon brush is the best to use, brass bristle would be next. Thick stuff I use a plastic putty knife and my grates and heat shield.
