What is this EXTRA PART for my 1100?

Today Lowes bought my Pit Boss 1100.
\It works great.Only problem that I see is that I got a EXTRA part or Item that was inside the grill laying around.
that does NOT show up in the instructions.
Anyone know what this is,Kinda heavy around 10 - 15lbs and 9 3/4 inchs.Thanks all JT

It looks exactly like my neighbors charcoal grate on his Kamado Joes ceramic grill which he bought from Lowe's. Someone from Lowe's must have thrown it in the box and re-taped it.

No, that is a charcoal grate for a Kamado Joe Grill.
