At present beef jerky. Eye of round roast ( seems to be the popular choice) marinated for three days, not 4-8 hours like most videos on YouTube! The secret to the flavor is the length of marinade, the longer the better in my books! Plan ahead and give it the time needed you'll taste the difference.❤
