Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but customer service seems to be lacking at PB. I am still waiting for a missing part to a PBV4 that I bought in Aug 2021 and a replacement door for the pellet compartment on an 1150 that I bought in Apr 2022. They’ve said supply chain issues but at this point it’s hard to believe I still haven’t received the part from Aug ‘21.
