Are all the items on the web site really out of stock or are they still updating information? Plus none of the items I have purchased in the past are showing up in purchase history. I was looking at purchasing the BT/WIFI upgrade for the Pro 820 and the Teflon griddle top.

Probably still updating, I would imagine. They probably have a lot of content left to enter. Either that or they were hacked and all the old info is gone.
