Vertical smoker shuts off

Hi everyone. I am having some issues with my smoker. I put my meat in and turn on Smoke for about 30 minutes with the probe in. I gradually turn up the temperature and can cook on 170 C (Australia) but when I try to go ant higher on the temperature, the smoker shuts down with an ERH error then I has to start again. I can cook but it takes longer. The unit is clean and I can’t find anything wrong. The probs is intact and the smoker is pretty new.

That code is saying the smoker got too hot. Might be a bad temperature sensor and customer support will send a free one out.
