Looking to smoke/grill a 12lb turkey tomorrow using apple pellets on the 1230 competition. Any tips we be appreciated. Happy Holidays to all pitbossers.
Due to cold weather turn it up to 350 degrees and when it settles in turn to desired temperature
I have a pan with a rack and I pour apple juice in the bottom. About 2”‘s
