Top Sirloin on the PB150 PPS

Put some nice thick Top Sirloins last night, Charbroil Perfect Steak marinade for one hour, reverse seared to 120, seared to 130. with some hasselback Russet potatoes and shrooms. Turned out pretty good.

Cut them with my very sharp chefs knife. Just be careful of the depth, so you don't cut through. I see cutters online, but don't know how good they are. I do a lot of cooking, so slicing veggies comes easily to me. Patience is a virtue!!
