Wondering what brands I need to look at, while not breaking the bank. Don't want to spend much over $70+/-

What are you looking for? Instant read to check protein temp? Multiprobe wireless so you can check your grill and protein temps from a remote monitor or phone? Smart thermometer probe? I'm sure people on here have suggestions for all options.
Assuming you want a multi-probe wireless option, I really like my Inkbird with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Usually goes on to sale for $50 to $70 I believe. I would definitely get Wi-Fi if you are going this route so you can check temps when you are really far away from your grill.

I was actually looking at that one as I've seen several BBQ videos where people were using it.

Mine has served me well.Charged mine full when I first got it and it seemed like over a year before I recharged. Fergot to turn it off awhile back after a Saturday cook. Got a notification Wednesday morning that battery was running low.
