Just got a Brunswick. Noticed that the digital temp reads 255. It’s set at 250. But my oven temp gauge is saying 175….. Wht gives?

I don't have a Brunswick. My PID controller had a big difference at first and "learned" after some cook time.

Having same issue. Mine is 100 degrees off so I’m running off a MEATER probe and hopefully it gets better.

I have the same issue. Very frustrating at times. I've tried several things and just try to balance the two out now.
