I have the Lockhart and I have found the probes to be extremely inaccurate. Every time I validate temperature against my normal digital probe, the PB probe is reading 10-15 degrees lower. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Is it possible to use other brand probes that may be more accurate?

Yes, those probes are garbage. They even sent me a replacement and it is wayyyy off by 50 degrees. Best bet is to use your own external bluetooth probe.
Thanks! Has anyone tried using 3rd party probes? Seems to be a standard 3.5 mm port like other companies use. I wasn't sure if the probes were garbage or the control board reading it.
