I have a competition 1250 a couple years old worked good until this afternoon. Started it up as always, start up on smoke and wait til jet engine kicks in and set my temp to 365. Went inside prepping fish. Looked outside a little later and had a lot of smoke ran outside checked temp it was at 500. Any ideas? Temp probe inside, in electronics?
