Temp control in 10 degree increments

I recently had an issue with my KC Combo which required a new control board from Pitboss. The new control board was able to adjust the temps in 10 degree increments instead of 25 degrees. Unfortunately the bluetooth module was faulty in this new board so Pitboss sent me another control board. This board does now work but it's back to only being able to adjust temps in 25 degree increments. Is anyone aware of a way to upgrade my existing control board (possibly a firmware update?) so that temps could be adjusted by 10 degrees?

My KC combo has the 25 degree increments. i texted pit boss inquiring about the firmware update and they said that the kc combo didn't have a firmware update. should my controller have 10 degree increments?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
