Spritzer Bottle

Saw a pump sprayer at Lowe’s for $8. Is any spray bottle done for spritzing? None that I see specifically say food grade so I assume this one I see at Lowe’s should be fine? Anyone have good info on spritzing bottles. I tried it with water and it worked really good compared to traditional spray bottles. I would think if you couldn’t use a certain spray bottle for food it would have to disclose that.

Actually it works the other way around. It cost extra and testing to say food safe. But they don't have to say it's not but it could be

On you tube I see pe open using everyday spray bottles a lot so I’m not sure it really matters but not sure either.

Most are just not tested so they won't say food safe

I use a spray bottle I got from Lowe's. I rinse it out and dry it well before I put it away.

And it just the typical spray bottle ? The pump one I got from lowes does a great job puts out a great spray with very little effort but stated wondering if any spray bottle is fine.

For $8 it worked really good. Jist didn’t know if using on food was ok but again most videos I see of people spraying food just look like standard spray bottles so don’t know why this one wouldn’t be fine.

Assuming it doesn’t say food grade…lol…the one I posted above at Lowe’s whole isn’t a dollar but it puts out a great spray nice and wide 3-4 pumps is all you need and spritz’s the meat very quickly.

I think it was around 4.00 a couple years ago at Lowe's. But everything doubled in price out there but our pay checks.

Yeah I’m sure, I like it though puts out quite a bit quick so eliminates the smoker being open too long.
