Smokin Maine New to Forum

[Smokin Maine]

Hey all, I live in Maine and have been smoking for about 5 yrs. Currently have the Copperhead 3 PBVER30. A little challenging smoking when it's so cold out. I have my smoker in my garage with a hvac duct taking the smoke out a window. So far I've smoked, a Boston Butt, whole Chicken and baby back ribs.
