they are not all ends, only two ends on a slab? So anyways, being new to burnt ends, these are appetizers....I'm going to have to readdress my menu to include these...what do you guys serve these up with?

yes it does, but when it comes to pork belly...there is too much fat for me. Made them today....they were delicious if I ate around all the fat...Overrated
