My cousin sent pics of a batch of peppers he did on his electric, chip smoker. They looked good so I thought I’d give it a try on my vertical PB
2 hours on S…aka 130F
Then 2 hours on 225.
In the mix was a bell pepper, some banana peppers, jalapeño’s, shishitos and Serranos. Tossed in a small garden onion too.
No prep other than washing.
Pleasant smoke and overall good flavor.
