Smoke setting? PB850 PS2

I’m doing beef jerky today in my PB is there a smoke setting on this model? I’m looking for a low temp smoke. Temp 170 to 180. Please advise

Should have one listed as "S". It might look like a FIVE but it is an "S" for smoke.

When you turn the smoker on it should be in smoke mode which is 180 . The display should have an S which stands for smoke. Good luck and let us know how your jerky turns out!
