smoke chicken breast?

I never go off time. This should help you
preheat your Pit Boss to 225°F (107°C) and place the chicken directly on the grill grates.Smoke for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F in the breast and 180°F

That would work fine for a whole chicken but for just the breasts, I would think that white meat breast would dry out over the 2 hours.
I cook a whole really plump beer can chicken in 2 to 2.5 hours at 225°F, depending how big the bird is. (I'm not talking about those scrawny fryers they sell at wallyworld)

But like Cowboy stated " or until internal temperatures reach 165 / 180", ignoring the time stated all together.
