Shop Vac pellet removal

Think about using this shop vac attachment to vac out and collect the unburned pellets from the hopper and auger entrance in the hopper. IT has a screen on the exit so the pellets will fall into the bucket. Lazy mans approach! opinions?

I use a colander to sift the pellets then store them in a airtight container

I sift whenever I add pellets. Be surprised by the dust
