Rust

I just got back from a 10 month deployment and my Pitboss 700 got left out all winter long. I bought the thing just before I left and only used it 2 or 3 times. Get home and inside is rust. On the broiler, flame pit, and probably auger tube. Im trying to clean it up but not looking too good. It’s it shot now or what can I do?

Wash it with vinegar then spray it with olive oil and you’ll be fine

Welcome from SC. Cowboy got you covered on cleaning. After that fire it up and get it hot. Then put it through a few heat cycles.
