Makin' me hungry. Yes retirement's great except the current economy is eating away at the pension. It sure is nice to smoke whenever we want.

Inspired me to buy two racks of baby backs to cook over the weekend if the weather cooperates. Looking forward to it. Want to try beef ribs one day also.

They look real good. I just put on some pork back ribs, looking forward to eating this evening. I retired a couple years ago and I know just what you mean about the retirement plan getting whittled away by the current economy.
