Reverse seared ribeyes

Second cook on my kc combo (smoker side) and tried reverse seared ribeyes. Cooked at 250 for around an hour before cranking to 500 to sear. Seasoned with my favourite rub which I have to get imported from Norway, then added some garlic butter while searing. Amazing!!!
