Registering Online

I purchased a PBV5P1 Vertical Smoker but when I try to register the smoker, it only gives me options to regrater a part, not the complete smoker

Welcome from Texas to the group!!
Went through the same thing when I tried to register my 820. Pitboss support got me fixed up. Give them a call tomorrow
