Problems with my burn box

I recently bought a tailgater and by and large I love it but I have started having a problem. I don’t know if it is a problem with my burn box or the auger But it will feed pellets into the burn box, snuff out the fire and i will find the burn box filled to the rim with pellets. Has anyone else had this problem?
