Problem with the ash clean out drawer

Ok so i am having a huge problem with the ash drawer. I had to muscle it in the grill and finally got it in. now i want to clean the burner and i cant get the thing out to save my life

anyone else have this experience?

please disregard. all i had to do it loosen the screws on the rails and provide a downward pressure to them and re-tighten.
it is still not perfect but much much easier.
