Pro Series 1100 grates cracked again

I know it's a known issue that the porcelain grates can crack at high temps. The original configuration has three grates. Through the warrenty I received new grates. This time two sections that I assumed would help the issue.
While searing a tri tip yesterday I head the familiar pop of the grate cracking again. At this point it does not effect the cooking it's more of a principle thing.
Has anyone swapped this style out for the regular styled grates? Does Pit Boss even do these for the 1100?
