Pro 1100 Issue

The grill will run fine and then there will be a huge temp drop and the auger continuously runs overfilling the burn pot. Any ideas?

I am so shocked about how many issues I am seeing with the Pro Series 1100. This has happen to other new owners make sure the wiring is correct that the Fan wire and Auger wire are plugged in correctly. There have been times they have been reversed so make sure the auger and fan are plugged in the correctly to the controller. Look at the wire diagram in the manual and check the wiring from the controller to the auger and fan.
