My prime button is always on! How to reset?

This doesn’t answer your question but I’ve always been leery of the Prime button. If I press it does a fully loaded Amazon truck then show up a few days later.

Seems like mine stays lit up when it's turned on. When you touch/hold your finger on it. Does the word auger light up?

when you hit the prime the word auger lights up on the panel and you hear it run means its working like it should
