Pork Butt, foil or paper?

Any strong feelings for using foil or paper for the wrap? I have done both and I do think the foil makes a moister finished cook, thoughts? thanks, bob

Same here. I feel paper gives a better bark but not that big of a difference to offset the advantages of foil.

I use a smoke tube , place pork butt in foil pan with a little Apple juice and spray it every hour
