Pork belly burnt ends and some spatchcock chicken.

2nd and 3rd cook with my new 1150PS2. Tried some pork belly burnt ends for the first time and then did some spatchcock chicken. Both turned out great. Pork belly was done with meat church honey hog and chicken was done with meat church voodoo. Man I’m loving this unit lol.
