Pitboss pro series 4 latch

I got my Pitboss pro series vertical smoker about a year ago. I love it and have used it almost once a week at least. Then just recently, my door latch literally fell apart. I am trying to find a replacement latch that fits the predrilled areas that the original goes in. I have ordered a latch, but it does not fit and I would have to drill new holes and would rather not. Anyone know where to get original parts? I tried pitboss website, but nothing comes up.

I had the same issue a few weeks ago. I chatted customer support, sent picture of the broken latch and all my contact info. They did end up sending a latch, but its not the same style. In the mean time I ended up following a different post about a window latch from Ace hardware. It was only a few bucks, and after bending the latch part, it fit perfectly and securely holds the door shut.

I had the same thing happen in about the same time frame. The replacement they sent me was exact delight to the original so it worked out
