Pit boss temp settings for pro series’s 1100 psc2

Just got my pit boss combo grill. After burnin I’m trying to set temp and noticed I can’t set 275. It jumps 250-300-350. Is there any way to set it to 275 or is this not available? I’m hoping to smoke some beef short ribs and the recipe calls for 275

Unfortunately that's it. Most of the smokers don't have 275 unless you have a vertical Pit Boss.
