Pit boss sierra griddle knob won’t stay on

I have the sierra griddle, love it so far but I pulled the knob off to clean the grease behind it and when i put it back on it’s loose and slides right off, the other two went on fine.

Anyone have a fix or know why that happens?

Did it have a spring metal tang holding it that might have popped out. Compare it to the other knobs
