For “Poor Man’s Burnt Ends” Recipe:
At the top it says “Sweet Heat” is going to be used.
Then in the recipe itself it says “Sweet Rib Rub“
Which is it?

I would go with Sweet Heat, that is pretty good stuff. You could also try the other at some point. Normally I use more than one rub on my cooks anyway.
