Pit Boss app.

Pit Boss app. I have tried everything to get my Pit Boss to connect to the app. Customer service/support wasn’t much help. Anyone have any advice

Search around in this forum. You will see what other people have done. Sometimes it's a 2.4 vs 5.0 GHz issue. Sometimes it requires reinstalling the app. Sometimes it's something else. Hopefully you are able to fix it.

The new app updates have just dropped. Many PITBOSS owners are getting updates automatically. If not you, completely delete the old app and reload the new one.

Have had the smoker about 2 years now, knock on wood nothing else has malfunctioned. It’s a PB850PS2 pro series.
