Just a quick hello from the UK.. Picked up my first ever pellet grill yesterday and am hoping to learn some tips and tricks from you seasoned pellet grillers. I love to bbq and for past 20 odd years have only ever used kettle grills and oil drums so am excited to enter the world of pellet cooking. Looking forward to getting to know y'all.
