Its the same as sold on the Pit Boss Website, It will not connect to bluetooth I can find the controller by searching for bluetooth devices, just cant connect with Pit Boss App. I know others have the same issues.
My question is does anyone have a manual for it? it came in a box with nothing else. I would like to know what functions are available by pushing in the knob.
When I first fired it up I set it at 210F it climbed to 250 and stayed around there. I shut it off and let it shutdown, when I restarted it it climbed to 200f and stayed + or - 10deg of that.
I will work on the App connecting, but I mostly do short smokes like Chicken breast, pork chops, poppers, sausages and bratwurst and steaks before searing.
I also do ribs and pork shoulders but as much.
Any help with the manual functions of the controller would be helpful.
