PB700 temp is at 500f as soon as i turn it on

Greetings grillers,

I got a 700 last year and it was treating me pretty well. towards the end of the year it was giving me the ErH error and i thought i figured it out by cleaning it more frequently.
Well now as soon as i turn it on its telling me the temperature is at 500f and once it starting adding pellets and heating up its getting over 600f and then throws the ErH error.

Is there a way to re-calibrate the thermometer back to normal or am i going to need to replace some parts?

Have you checked with a separate thermometer? Might be a bad temperature probe or the probe needs cleaning.
