Smoking consistently and not getting hot at all. Could anyone tell me what’s goin on?

I would call PB customer support. Might be an auger feed issue feeding too many pellets and snuffing out the flame. Do you have a pile of pellets in the firebox?

Yes I did I cleaned em out it done the same thing. It finally caught fire and started kinda acting right, but the temperature was 50 degrees higher than digital temp.
