My local H‑E‑B in Texas started carrying this brand and they look promising. I will use them to smoke a Turkey and Prime Rib for Christmas dinner. They seem to have a lot of longer pellets and I’ll report back how they do.

After doing a couple of cooks with the Papa’s pellets they seem to be pretty good. I just did a brisket flat yesterday with oak and mesquite pellets and the flavor and smoke was really good. Interestingly the mesquite pellets were not long in length on average as the oak pellets minor detail.
