Hey all, do you guys usually put your rubs on a brisket and/or pork loin the night before you are going to smoke it or shortly before?
 
Day before then take em outta the fridge an hour before I throw em on to get room temperature. Roll that smoke 💨 and remember. I got napkins 😊😊🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
 
I am doing a regular brisket, corned beef brisket flat, and a pork loin tomorrow for our annual St. Paddy's Day party that we host every year. Supposed to get 3"-6" of snow tonight of course. Haha
