Hey all, do you guys usually put your rubs on a brisket and/or pork loin the night before you are going to smoke it or shortly before?

You’ll be fine. A lite dusting never stops a true pit master lolI am doing a regular brisket, corned beef brisket flat, and a pork loin tomorrow for our annual St. Paddy's Day party that we host every year. Supposed to get 3"-6" of snow tonight of course. Haha
Right is the regular point, left the corned beef flat.
I'm impressed considering what's going outside here in Pennsylvania with the wind in the cold.Briskets are wrapped and Pork Loin is on!
