Last 45 years or so, I Have been attending the church of the thin blue smoke as time allows.
I typically use chunk wood, charcoal, and occasional briquets in my grilling regimen. Been using my weber vertical charcoal water smoker, weber kettle, table top electric smoker and offset smoker that I have now replaced with the new-to-me pellet burner.
Looking forward to my New copper color friend, and learning from this knowledge base of like minded individuals.
