No led display under 450

Hi everyone,
I’ve just got a new 700 series out of the box. It’s not working if it’s not set at minimum 450.
Under 450, there is no display or fan working.
Looks like there is only Two setting (off and crazy hell)
Is there a reset to default setting button?
How long does it takes to get a new controller from customer service?

Sorry to hear about your issue. You definitely have a controller issue and I would call there customer service and you maybe sitting on hold for sometime or just set it for a call back. Once you provide the issue and they determine it is the controller it roughly takes 5 - 7 days to get to you.
