Hi!
i just got my PB700 in April and have only completed one smoke - two racks of baby back ribs. I had two issue: 1) had trouble controlling ambient temperature and 2) couldn’t get a reading from a new MEATER as a means to get an accurate ambient.
Even though I had only done the burn-off and this cook the remedy for the temperature issue that I found in the Forum was a basic clean out? I’ll see how the next one goes.
Haven’t tackled the MEATER issue yet but I welcome suggestions!
