Hello; Just a quick introduction and a couple of questions. I just purchased a Pro 850 from Lowes. Assembled it and cooked my first batch of chicken breasts Saturday. The breasts turn out ok, but the cooking time was way to long. The next day I cooked a beef sirloin tip roast. Again cook time went very long and the part facing up was under done. I am also using the Smoke IT app. So my questions and comments:

I intend to check the accuracy of the various probes. Is there any way to calibrate them?
I notice that I can set a grill temperature and also a MPC temperature at the the grill, but when the Smoke IT app connects, both of these settings are wiped and must be set from the app.
There is a page in the app, under settings called Graph-lytics. I noticed that my two grilling sessions are both shown on the graph. Is there any way to reset the graph?

Thank you in advance.

I have a different model smoker, but I would be interested in what support says about calibration and resetting the graphlytics.

Welcome to the group. I have an 850 also and have found my cooks take considerably longer than expected. Of course I cook by temperature, not time. I use a Thermoworks Smoke to monitor my grill and meat temps and find it quite accurate.

Just completed installing the updated controller with new firmware and look forward to seeing how that works out.
