Hey everyone, new here!

I have a PB1600CS whose auger seized up and I broke it off inside the shoot assembly. I contacted PitBoss/Dansons and I was told they were going to replace my grill. I’m wondering how long others may have had to wait for a replacement grill. I contacted Dansons on 5/21/24 and it’s June 8th.

Welcome from Southwest Louisiana. After reading some posts here on the forum. They do not move fast which is a shame. You think they would try and take care of their customer base better when it comes to things like that.
